It is for organisations that are delivering results, developing their people and contributing positively to their customers and wider economy. To be eligible, the business must be majority owned by people aged under 36.

Customer Service Award

This award recognises individuals who consistently deliver outstanding customer service and create positive experiences for customers, clients or service users. It is for someone who consistently helps make things better for colleagues, customers and the organisation around them, regardless of job title or seniority.

Digital & Tech Award

This award recognises individuals working in digital, technology or data roles who use innovation and technical skills to improve performance, systems or customer experience. It is for someone who applies digital tools and technical expertise to solve problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

Early Career Apprentice Award

This award recognises apprentices at the start of their training who are developing core skills and building confidence in the workplace. It is for someone who is applying their learning day to day and beginning to make a positive contribution to their team and organisation.

This award recognises individuals who make a strong contribution to their workplace through attitude, commitment, performance and impact. It is for someone who consistently helps make things better for colleagues, customers and the organisation around them.

Energy & Sustainability Award

This award recognises individuals working in energy, sustainability or environmental roles who are helping organisations reduce impact and operate more responsibly. It is for someone contributing to improved efficiency, lower emissions or more sustainable ways of working through practical action and delivery.

Higher/Degree Apprentice Award

This award recognises apprentices undertaking higher or degree-level programmes while working in a professional environment. It is for someone developing advanced skills and knowledge, applying learning to complex tasks and contributing at a higher level within their organisation.

This award recognises individuals who have taken responsibility, led projects, supported teams or helped drive positive change within their workplace or organisation. Leadership can take many forms, from managing people and delivering projects to influencing culture, performance or new ideas.

Manufacturing & Production Award

This award recognises individuals working in manufacturing or production environments who contribute to efficient processes, quality output and continuous improvement. It is for someone involved in making, assembling or delivering products who plays a key role in operational performance and reliability.

Marketing & Creative Award

New Business Award

This award recognises newer businesses showing strong early progress, clear ambition and developing traction in their market. It is for organisations that are building momentum, establishing their offer and beginning to demonstrate impact with customers. To be eligible, the business must be less than three years old and majority owned by people aged under 36.

Professional Services Award

This award recognises individuals working in professional services who demonstrate expertise, professionalism and continued development in their field. It is for someone whose knowledge, qualifications and commitment to their profession contribute to strong performance and trusted service delivery for clients and colleagues.

This award recognises individuals achieving strong results through sales, business development and relationship building. It is for someone who understands customers, creates opportunities and helps drive commercial success through ambition, communication and consistent performance.

Tourism, Leisure & Hospitality Award

This award recognises individuals working in hospitality, tourism or leisure who help deliver strong customer experiences and support the success of their organisation. It is for someone who contributes to service quality, visitor engagement and the day-to-day delivery of experiences in the sector.
