Brought to you by Lancashire Business View
Celebrating Lancashire’s next generation of business talent.
Sub36 shines a spotlight on younger people making things happen across Lancashire business.
From future leaders and apprentices to business owners, engineers, creatives and rising stars, the awards celebrate the people building careers, growing businesses and helping shape the county’s future.
Some are already leading teams. Others are just getting started. What connects them is ambition, attitude and the impact they are making in the businesses and communities around them.
Backed by Lancashire Business View, Sub36 has become Lancashire’s leading platform for recognising younger business talent and the organisations helping it thrive.
Many former finalists and winners now lead teams, run businesses, manage major projects and help shape decisions across the county’s economy. Sub36 is about recognising that potential early and giving it a platform.
The Sub36 Awards return on Friday 16 October 2026 at Park Hall Hotel.
The Sub36 Awards give employers, managers, training providers and education organisations the chance to recognise the individuals making a real impact in their workplace, industry or community.
That may be someone developing quickly, showing leadership potential, building strong customer relationships or helping drive the business forward through their work and attitude.
Putting someone forward is a powerful way to recognise their contribution while also showcasing the strength of your people and organisation.
All nominees must be aged under 36.
