This award recognises newer businesses already building momentum, winning customers and showing strong signs of future potential. Some may still be finding their feet. Others may already be growing fast and building a strong reputation in their market.
The award is open to businesses across any sector. Majority ownership of the business must sit with people aged under 36. To enter this category, the business must have launched on or after 17 October 2023.
